Forms and Contract Information

Once the project terms are agreed to with the vendor, complete the regular Purchased Services Agreement for web development (PSA). The PSA must be completed and approved before work begins on your project.

The Pixo Master Service Agreement details normal and special terms and conditions negotiated with the vendor (requires a University of Missouri username to access).
