Digital Service provides training for the following systems and technologies for digital communications at Mizzou and UM System:

WordPress

WordPress training is available via a self-paced, online WordPress training environment. All new staff who need to access University WordPress sites hosted by Digital Service are required to complete this training before they can be added as an editor.

Drupal

Drupal training is available via a self-paced, online Drupal training environment. All new staff who need to access University Drupal sites hosted by Digital Service are required to complete this training before they can be added as an editor.

dotdigital Mass Email

To be granted access to dotdigital to send mass emails on behalf of the University, staff must:

  1. Request a consultation with Digital Service.
  2. Complete the self-paced online certification process.
  3. Digital Service will provide MU-specific training after the certification is completed.

MerlinOne Digital Asset Management

Full documentation about how to get started and use MerlinOne is available on the Digital Service SharePoint site (requires login). We recommend consulting with our team to learn best practices and prober techniques for the use of and sharing of digital assets.
